Inner beauty is more important than outer beauty because it can&#8217;t be destroyed, and it doesn&#8217;t fade with time the way outer beauty does. So, while you&#8217;re striving to have the perfect body, the perfect hair, and perfect clothes, be sure to spend equal time making yourself as beautiful on the inside as you do on the outside. Here&#8217;s how:<br/><br/>1. Develop a strong character by striving to be kind, generous, thoughtful, and compassionate to everyone who you meet. Develop a healthy self-image by not allowing the media to dictate how you should look and feel or what weight is most suited for you (given your size and height). Instead, you should strive to celebrate your unique physical attributes, even if they don&#8217;t measure up to the media&#8217;s standards of beauty. Just celebrate your unique body image.<br/><br/>4. Redefine beauty for yourself so that your external appearance only counts for one part of your beauty and not the most important. This may be difficult to foster in a world that is run by consumerism. You are constantly told by the media that you&#8217;re not good enough or slim enough and that certain cosmetics or products can help you look and feel perfect and happy. The truth is that these products can only be a hindrance towards developing your true self.<br/><br/>Instead, develop your inner qualities and character so that your inner beauty can shine through. Don&#8217;t allow yourself to become a clone of the media. Instead, define your unique self by authentically modelling who you are and not worrying if you don&#8217;t &#8216;fit&#8217; into the world that is fabricated by the media. Each of you has unique beauty that must be celebrated in as many ways as possible.
